To keep our prices low, it is imperative that our terms are strictly adhered to. We offer the following limited credit facility to all customers;

Invoices are issued as each payroll is run, and must be settled by the 14th of the following month.

In order to simplify payment to us, customers are encouraged to set up payment by BACS.

Set-up and new staff member charges:

No charges are made for initial set-up, providing our Employee forms are completed sufficiently. The forms are available in various spreadsheet formats.

Forms for manual completion are available, but will be charged at £0.50 per employee.

Please note: Many payroll companies charge particularly high rates for initial set-up, whereas comp-pay.co.uk provide this service essentially free of charge.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our clients compliant, and up to date with new and future payroll issues and procedures, the ultimate responsiblity to meet deadlines and avoid penalties remains firmly with the client.

We pride ourselves on our accuracy however clients are urged to check calculations as technically they are the ones making payments to the employees..
